Hard to believe we are at the end of another year. While 2021 had its challenges, BDC Group continued to experience record growth in all three divisions of the organization. Not only have we increased the number of new projects (sales & execution), we also opened up a new location in Colorado, more than doubled our workforce, and moved our corporate headquarters into a brand new 25,000 sq. ft facility in Hiawatha allowing us to consolidate all of our Iowa field and office staff under one roof.

The Outside Plant (OSP) team, led by Terry Selby, continues to grow at a record clip, with over 135 new projects secured during 2021, and shows no signs of slowing down. Our Telecom Services Division (TSD) has more than doubled revenues from previous years thanks to the efforts of our sales and project management teams. And finally, the On-Demand Services (ODS) group has grown over four-fold in the past 12 months, with many new projects and additional expansion on the horizon.

As we prepare for the new year, it’s important for me to take the time to truly reflect on the things I am most grateful for. Primarily among those, is the talented group of individuals I get to work with each day at BDC Group. Thank you for your commitment to our partners, our company, and your fellow teammates. Thank you for all each one of you does to keep us moving forward.  We can and will continue to do great things TOGETHER!
