It has been one year since we moved into our new Hiawatha Iowa building. The transition from our former two locations to one has been a huge success. With everyone now working in closer proximity, we have seen an increase not only in efficiency but also in production.
From our office team in the TSD division to our ODS crews, out in the field, our new space has lead to the completion of many critical projects for our partners. We look forward to many more years in this new facility and hope to develop it further to make it an even better space for collaboration.
If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan. Not the goal.
